When are check-in and check-out at Hotel Prokulus in Naturno?

Your room is available from 2:00 PM on the day of arrival. On departure day, please check out by 11:00 AM. If you arrive earlier, you are welcome to use our pool & SPA area. Towels and a wellness kit are provided at the reception. Locker rooms are available in the pool area.

On departure day, you can enjoy the pool and wellness area all day free of charge. Towels and bathrobes can be taken from your room; please leave the basket in the room and pick up a new one at the reception. Return everything at the reception when leaving.

How to reach Hotel Prokulus in Naturno – car, train, or plane?

The hotel is centrally located in Naturno. Easily accessible by car via the A22 and SS38. Also reachable by train or bus; we can pick you up from Naturno station free of charge on request. Bolzano Airport is about 41 km away; we are happy to assist with transfers.

Are there parking facilities at the hotel?

Yes, every room has a free parking space in our garage.

Is the hotel wheelchair accessible?

Many areas of the hotel are modern and accessible. For specific requirements such as wheelchair-friendly rooms, please contact us in advance to prepare your stay optimally.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. Rooms also have flat-screen TVs.

Are there quiet or relaxation areas in the garden?

Our Mediterranean garden with palm trees, sun loungers, and cozy corners offers ideal spots to relax. Additionally, there are Adults-Only relaxation areas in the main building and the Aquagarden Poolhouse reserved exclusively for adults.

What wellness and spa facilities does Hotel Prokulus offer – pools, saunas, and more?

The extensive wellness area includes 10 pools (indoor & outdoor, sport pools, brine pools, and kids' pools), 10 saunas, a panorama terrace with whirlpool and brine bath, as well as beauty and wellness treatments. Our thermal water ensures special relaxation and regeneration.

Are there special wellness or spa treatments?

Yes, our spa team offers individual treatments, including massages, beauty therapies, and programs using high-quality brand products such as BABOR.

Is there an Adults-Only area?

Yes, the entire second and third floors of the Aquagarden Poolhouse, including saunas, relaxation rooms, and two outdoor pools, as well as saunas and relaxation rooms in the main building, are exclusively for adults.

What activities are available on rainy days?

Even on rainy days, your stay remains varied: in addition to the indoor wellness area, there are modern fitness and cardio rooms, a diverse Fit-&-Well program with yoga, aqua fitness, and stretching, as well as our Play-Park with Ninja Warrior parcours, Multi-Ball, Valo-Jump, and mini-golf.

What offers are available for children and families at Hotel Prokulus?

Hotel Prokulus welcomes guests of all ages. Families can enjoy the new Play-Park with Ninja Warrior parcours, Multi-Ball, Valo-Jump, and mini-golf, kids and teen programs, adventure indoor pools, and slides, while couples and adults relax in separate Adults-Only areas.

From what age can children be cared for in the kids’ or teen area?

Our kids and teen program offers supervision from age 2. Activities are age-appropriate, and parents receive detailed information about schedules and available services. More information here: Kids Club

Are there special family rooms or suites?

Yes, we offer family rooms and suites, some with connecting doors or larger layouts to ensure comfort for all family members.

Are pets allowed?

You are welcome to bring your dog to Hotel Prokulus. Please inform us at the time of booking. An additional cleaning fee of €29 per day applies (without food). Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant, wellness area, or sunbathing lawns.

We offer the ¾ board with a rich breakfast buffet, afternoon buffet with sweet and savory treats, and an evening menu of 5–8 courses with South Tyrolean specialties and international dishes.

Which sports and leisure activities are available directly at the hotel?

Free bike and mountain bike rental, e-bikes for a fee, guided cycling and hiking tours, Fit-&-Well program, calisthenics parcours, climbing wall, tennis courts, and a multifunction field for football and basketball are available to our guests.

Are there offers for cycling and hiking enthusiasts?

Yes, the Naturno area offers perfect conditions for cycling, mountain biking, and hiking. In cooperation with the Ötzi Bike Academy, we regularly organize guided tours and provide safe storage and tour advice.

Debit and credit cards from VISA and Mastercard, EC cards, and cash are accepted. American Express is not accepted.
