RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Right of withdrawal for gift vouchers

You have the right to withdraw from the gift voucher contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g. by e-mail or letter) using the following contact details:

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

We will use the same means of payment for the reimbursement as you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

Early redemption of a voucher

If you wish to use the service associated with the voucher before the expiry of the withdrawal period, you must expressly request that the service be provided before the withdrawal period has expired.

The right of withdrawal expires once the service has been fully performed, provided that you have expressly consented in advance to the performance of the service before the expiry of the withdrawal period and have acknowledged that you will lose your right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed.
